Follow the opening objectives and restore the Command Center before expanding. Treat each objective as a tutorial for the colony loop: collect, assign, build, and equip.
Stabilize the Colony
Prioritize food, basic production, and enough labor to keep both running. A building without an available citizen does not solve the bottleneck.
Prepare the First Expedition
Equip the firearm supplied through the early Barracks route, check ammunition, and bring soldiers you can support. Expedition fragments improve the current run; persistent research improves later runs.
Return With a Purpose
Do not extend a run only to chase a perfect fragment set. Return when the colony can turn captured resources, recruits, or Core Seeds into lasting progress.
